Shipping & Delivery

Once payments are cleared items will be picked, packed and dispatched within 1 business day. This allows fast and efficient delivery to you within 1-5 business days ensuring our service level is at its highest.

Delivery Costs

For Regular Delivery, the shipment costs are:

For Express Delivery, the shipment costs are:

Delivery Method

Orders are sent via either Australia Post or Couriers Please. Orders over $15.00 are sent with online tracking and the carrier and tracking number can be found in the shipment email you receive once the order has been dispatched.

We aim for first time delivery. If you are not at home when your parcel is delivered your parcel may be left in a safe location. If you work, have gated access to your property or you live in a unit complex please consider entering a work or relatives address so the parcel can be delivered without incident.

We are unable to provide a pick up service.

Same Day Shipping Guarantee

Orders with cleared payment received before 1pm Sydney time (Monday to Friday and excluding public holidays) will be dispatched the same day.

In rare circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to events like power failures, software malfunctions) shipment of orders may be delayed.

Delivery Times

We only ship orders on business days, which are Monday to Friday.

Beyond our same day shipping guarantee, all orders will be posted within 24 hours after cleared payment has been received. Depending on your location, delivery can take between one to seven business days.

Delivery dates or times indicated by us on acceptance of your order are approximate only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery or delivery by such date. Therefore, your non-receipt of ordered goods within the expected lead time will not be grounds for you to cancel your order or receive a refund.

Go Party Supplies delivers Australia wide. International orders are not currently accepted.

Express Delivery

If you require urgent delivery, we recommend you choose the Express Delivery Option at the checkout. For an Express Delivery to be delivered the next business day, your order must be placed and fully paid for before 1pm on a business day (Australian Central Standard Time), and you must be located within Australia Post’s Guaranteed Next Business Day Delivery network. Please check the Australia Post Guaranteed Next Day Delivery network to see if you are eligible for next business day delivery. If you live outside the network, your order will be delivered as soon as possible.

Regular Postage Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are an approximate only and can be affected by events such as (but not limited to) severe weather, increased mail volume periods (e.g. Christmas, after a public holiday), power outages, airline strikes and road conditions.

Are the product on your site actually in stock?
Yes. Go Party Supplies works hard to maintain stock levels so the items you buy are on hand and ready to ship to you immediately. If an item has sold out, it will be displayed as such and will be unavailable to purchase however we will restock it as soon as possible. In the unlikely event that a stock count error has been made and we are out of stock of the item you ordered we will contact you immediately via phone or email to discuss your preference of a refund, substitute product or backorder.
How can i pay for my order?
Go Party Supplies has various payment options for your convenience. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Bank Deposit and PayPal payments. These options will be presented to you in the checkout and you can choose the option that suits you best.
Do you ship internationally?
At this point in time Go Party Supplies ships within Australia only.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Your items will be posted within 24 hours after your cleared payment has been received (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays). Depending on your location, please allow between 1-7 business days for your parcel to arrive. Go Party Supplies cannot be held responsible for delivery times so please ensure you allow enough time for your order to reach you before the all important party date.
I need my items urgently, can you express post?
Yes! If your order is urgent we suggest you choose the Express Delivery option. For next day delivery your order must be placed and fully paid for before 1pm (AEST) and provided you are located within Australia Post's Guaranteed Next Day Delivery network your parcel will be delivered overnight (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays).
Do you have a shop i can visit?
Go Party Supplies is an online business and currently does not have any retail outlets.
Do you have a printed catalogue?
Go Party Supplies does not have a printed catalog at this time. However, feel free to shop by Category or for an easier shopping experience! You may also use the search box located at the top of each page.
How do I cancel/modify my order?
Any attempt to cancel or modify an order must be done as soon as possible. We do not charge a fee for cancellations or modifications however we are unable to accept changes or cancellations after an order has been dispatched. Any cancellations or changes must be communicated to us by telephone or email as soon as possible to prevent this from happening.
Do you accept returns?
We absolutely want you to be happy with your purchase and will do our best to rectify any problems should they occur with minimal inconvenience to you. If for some reason you are not satisfied with a product you may return it for a refund of the price less the shipping cost or for a credit on your account. We will also happily exchange your item.
